Our extensive construction management experience gives us unique insight into the needs and expectations of contractors and their clients. Many of our services are focused on assisting contractors in complying with contract submittal requirements on larger civil and infrastructure construction projects.

Our construction industry services include:

• Preparation of construction storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs) for construction
  projects that disturb over 1 acre, including specialized SWPPPs for small, linear underground
  projects such as utility installation
• Preparation of health and safety plans (HASPs) for construction projects that involve
  construction-related hazards and/or hazardous waste operations (HAZWOPER) subject to
  29 CFR Part 1910.120
• Preparation of contaminated soil and groundwater handling plans
• Training of contractor personnel in meeting the requirements under SWPPPs or HASPs
• Assistance with regulatory permitting related to environmental and/or health and
  safety requirements
