Blymyer Engineers plans to attend Intersolar North America in Long Beach, California. This year’s conference combines Intersolar North America with Energy Storage North America, making it one of the largest events focused on clean energy technology. The in-person event is scheduled for January 13-15, 2022.
Solar and storage in one conference
This is the first time that Intersolar North America and Energy Storage North America will stage a joint in-person conference. Blymyer Engineers will have a booth in the expo hall. The team is eager to connect with clients, vendors, and other industry participants. According to event organizers, booth bookings are on pace to exceed prior years’ events.
“Energy storage is now an integral part of solar power plant design, so it makes sense to combine these two conferences,” says Blymyer President Mike Rantz. “Our clients include energy storage on virtually every solar project. Storage adds resiliency to clean energy projects and to the grid itself.”
A return to in-person networking and learning
Organizers chose “Stronger Together” as the conference theme, highlighting the combined conferences and the fact that few events have gathered industry participants in recent years. Scheduled attendees include manufacturers, innovators, and professionals focused on solar and energy-storage technology. Along with the expo hall, the conference will host workshops and networking events.
“There’s no substitute for in-person events,” says Rantz. “Events like Intersolar give us the opportunity to preview coming technology and connect with customers and vendors. We’re looking forward to seeing old friends and making new connections. If you look at the agenda for Intersolar North America 2022, it’s shaping up to be a perfect mix of learning and networking opportunities.”
